Lets hope this team continues this hot streak as we are right on the verge of having the best record in the NHL. Philly is going to be looking to get back on track but really so are the Predators, who were lucky to get 2 points on Tuesday. Now we just have to hope that the Preds can get out of Philly with there blueline intact.
How many more loses is it going to take until the Duck become sellers? If and when they do, I know it has been said before but Bobby Ryan would look good in a Preds jersey. Would that be the kind of move that would convince Suter and Weber?

Garry Galley was on the radio talking about your Suter situation and his take on it would be that if he was Poile, he would set up a meeting with Suter and his agent (he said who it was but I can't remember) lock the door and say here is the deal. This is a blank cheque. You tell me what you want to stay here, no more games, no more I want to wait, no more anything. You fill in what you need to stay here and I will bring it to ownership. If they say yay, done deal, if they say nay, you're gone. No counter, no anything. Just what does it take for you to stay here. Its in your court. Do you want to be a Predator and stay in Nashville or don't you. This is a critical time in this franchise's history and we can't miss.

Glad to see Anaheim lose last night it's just too bad Dallas won. I really would like to see both of these teams be sellers come trade deadline. I wouldn't mind having Sheldon Souray for the playoffs.

I think Morrow still have a year left on his contract and is their Capitan. I don't see him being moved. I think a top 6 forward is a no brainer for Poile but I would also like to see some defensive depth. I worry about going into the playoffs with 3 defensemen that are 5'10" or under.

What about trying to get Langkow out of PHX? - buelleo
If we are going to get someone off of PHX, I would rather it be either Whitney (51gp, 16g, 27a, 43pts) who is a UFA after the season at 3.5mil, or Vrbata (51gp, 23g, 17a, 40pts) who has 2 more years left at 3mil, opposed to Langkow (42gp, 7g, 12a, 19pts) who will be a UFA after the season at 4.5mil.

I agree it's really unlikely, but I heard Marek vs Wyshynski discussing Morrow to Vancouver, which would be a really scary thought.

Lindback getting the start tonight. I do find it a little interesting that Lindback's last 3 starts have come against the Eastern Conference, could this be a showcase kinda thing? I can't imagine Pekka being tired after having a week off?
