I just spoke to a guy I have been a big fan of for years and he told me "The Trade Deadline is Back this year!" This is great news for fans like us who live for, and love discussing the possibilities of it all.

Ha ha, if you checked Peter/Ian's threads from the start of the season you would have seen that Raymond has been involved in EVERY possible trade scenario, with EVERY available player.

You're just noticing now. That's been the case for the last 5 year!

Considering the Flames made a big pitch to Richards in the offseason I could honestly see them looking into Carter. That being said, they better not over pay, or give even close to what C-Bus gave to get him. I would say Backlund and a 2nd-4th or a prospect. No more. I know it may seem crazy, but if Carter can find his health I would love him on the Flames, and even though his contract is LOOOOONNNGGG the cap hit isn't that bad for a player of his talent. Again, this all barring the fact his health can return to 100%.

Eklund enough with the f*ckin rumors, all season so far its bullsh*t day after day, i dont think you have any reliable sources at all, just a bunch of guys like you making up bullsh*t deals. You never going to be a GM. Its getting tiring put some real news blogs and sh*t relating to hockey.

Dude...it's a RUMOR site...it's pretty straight forward. He reports whatever he hears whether it's crap or not.

Pretty sure he never said he'd be a GM one day.

If you want real news and updates, follow some TSN guys on twitter or check NHL.com for updates. Otherwise just accept the site for what it is or stop coming...I don't see the opportunity for any confusion.
