Washington owner, Ted Leonsis, pats himself on the back for his coaching change on Ted’s Take.

John, you are aware this is about the Head Coaching change for the Wizards, right ? Not being a tool, just wondering how this is relevant in a hockey blog.

#Sharks place Antero Niittymaki on waivers, you can bet the #Lightning will be interested.

Happy and unhappy at the same time to see the break come.

Obviously the team is playing well, and beating good teams finally as well, NYR, Stl. Hopefully the time off doesn't cool them down.

Happy to get some rest for everyone, health is always an issue with this team. (and others too)

What can we do to pass these long 6-7 days??

I remember early in the season, Neal was on pace for 48 goals... I thought at the time thinking he'd end up with more like 30 (and happy with that).

But at the all star break, he's currently on pace for 45 goals.... He might be at 30 by month's end.

Happy and unhappy at the same time to see the break come.

Would I want any of those 24 instead of Letang? humm yes you would! Letang is great don't get me wrong as I would take him on my team any day but he wouldn't even be my # 1 D on the Sens so imagine in the entire NHL?! comon!

Jagr would be 3rd in scoring on your team so yeah, you would've taken him with open arms! Hell, I would love to have him on a 1 year contract on my team!

Happy that I will get to see Neal over OVENCHICKEN at the all star game!! Thank you!

Someone floated a blog somewhere titled "Sid the Kid goes to Cali Beach Buming" or something. And then, in the first sentence the blog read "Ok, not really. But Sid is in Cali to see Dr. so and so, neurological specialist. etc..."

Th title probably go misrepresented somewhere along the way and he got asked about it.

The sad part about that story is the record. 10-0-1 when all four play together... They've only been in the lineup together 11 times in 49 games....

Damn, that is quite a stat.

MAF was un-(frank)ing-believable in the game last night, OT especially. They probably lose that game 5-2 with Johnson in net. Also, T.J Oshie needs to find his way onto this team. That is all.
