Wonder which team might be looking for a left winger who can score goals.

- L.A
- San Jose

Anyone else?

Maybe Columbus would be desperate enough.

It's easy to blame Cammi, but trading him right now would be an even bigger mistake. You're probably not getting anyone with even close to the same potential and you're probably taking on another bad contract. Best to ride it out at this point. Over the last 2 years he's been really good in the playoffs.
Although he's a big part of the problem, the suckage goes much deeper than him.

Did that...

I hope the Habs come out strong tonight against the Bruins. They need a win, and then can lose on Saturday night.

Sucks about Gionta, he isn't having the best season but he is still a leader...

I'm so happy Cammy wants out. For once the feeling is mutual...
He is right about one thing though, this team is run by and for losers.

Cap wise, you can expect the Jackets to put in Umberger

I talked with someone who said Brassard. Might be interesting also.

C'mon look what the Oilers got for Penner last year. He made what 45-50 pts? They got a 1st and Teubert. 4,5M$ with one more year on his contract. As for Cammi, 6M$ for 2 more years. Plus, getting rid of Cammy and Plekanec would give more ice time in the 2nd half for Eller's line. Ship him out of town and quick please.

The only people who want Savard back are the ones who weren't alive when he was GM. Having arguably the greatest goalie ever didn't make him a great GM.

He made a number of questionable trades and his refusal to draft euros put the habs back for years.

Yup but he is also on pace for the worst season of his career.

Play that loser 4 minutes 5 on 5 and stick him out there for the full 2 minutes of each and every single penalty kill.

I totally agree with what he's saying, the problem is that he's no better and part of the problem right now.

Cammy should take a good long hard look in the mirror.

That only makes him even more likely to be traded to Montreal.

If they can get a package like that obviously you do it, I don't believe they can.
