Ty Anderson: Swayman leads Bruins to Game 1 victory

Swayman stole the show tonight. This could have been a closer game without some big stops from high danger areas. He never let the leafs have any momentum.

Also good to see Debrusk contribute on the score sheet. Wish this version of him was around more in the regular season.

Excellent game to start the series.

Agreed - the game was much closer than the score would suggest.

I'm happy Monty realized the PP needed some tweaking.

Those chants along with the "ole" the crowd decided to adopt from the hags are cringe. Honestly, I was shocked they didn't fire up a "we want the cup" in the first game of the playoffs. I'm sure it's coming though...

That said the crowd chants were the only bad part of the entire game. Except for maybe having to look at Max Domi's novelty balloon sized head, and dopey toothless face.
