Get the feeling Leafs might not mind falling into the first wildcard position, and maybe avoiding Boston and Florida in round 1, if one of them wins the Conference. In that case, they play either the Rangers or Hurricaines, whomever wins the Metro and is second in the Conference. I totally believe Tampa will catch and pass them as third in the East Division.

After the series against Columbus, Montreal and Florida I really can't hold any preference for who they play.

They won't suck that much, they'll be good enough to win 86 games. But yeah they'll miss the playoffs.

I think it’s 47.5/52.5 they win a round.

They just have to get playing cohesively, and build up their confidence the rest of the season.

They haven’t done it all year so I think it’s going to depend on how well their opponent plays. At least now they’ll pushback when the game gets physical.

I do like the physicality this team has. It could come in handy during the playoffs. We all said we'd sacrifice regular season points to have a better playoff team. So I guess well see. Although, if they're gonna lose, fine, but it'd be cool if they simply lost instead of finding a uniquely embarrassing way to do so.

I’ll be on rotation at work when the playoffs start, so I doubt I’ll watch all the games anyways.
