Spent an early 4th to get him, got a late 3rd in return (unless Toronto goes out in the first round again - then middle 3rd). Meh... It was good to have him here to help Mintyukov get acclimated. I wish him the best, but I'm hoping for another early playoff exit for the Leafs.

The Boosh was great for us... Really helped Minty and was as advertised... stay at home ok to solid D man...

Wouldn't mind bringing him back next yr...

Agree with this, I wouldn't mind at all if GMPV signed Lybushkin in the off-season. I kind of got a kick out of people looking at his numbers and saying how bad he is. Ilya is good at what he does, he's not flashy. He was a perfect partner for Mintyukov.

Wouldn’t mind seeing the Ducks re-sign Lyubushkin. Great shot blocker, and a good 3rd pairing option. Ducks will likely need to sign someone for that role, might as well be Boosh.

As for Vatrano, it would have to be a really sweet package to move him. I don’t see it. He’s too good a fit for the culture PV is trying to create. I’m sure teams are asking, but I don’t think he’s being shopped.

Lubushkin was a good fit for a bottom pair man. Cronin played him a little too much in my opinion. Usually bottom pair defense men don't get that many minutes. But that was because he was paired with mintukov.

Fair return for a bottom pair defenseman . Another 3rd round pick will give the scouts some more options. Still I wouldn't mind if Verbeek pushed some of these picks to
two or three years from now. Just to releave some of the log jam in the Ducks prospect system.
