Would be interesting to see them do something along the lines of Vatrano to Boston for RW Fabian Lysell+2026 2nd. They’d get a developing sniper to slot in, a right handed shot at that, and replace the 2nd that’s headed to Philly by way of a Boston team that will be older, slower, and perhaps closer to a rebuild than a Cup Run come 2026.

Could see Lyubushkin (sp?) go to a spot like Winnipeg for D Ville Heinola or D Logan Stanley (depending on if Anaheim wants to add size or add fleetness of foot) + F Fabian Wagner rather than a pick just because it’d be nice to get guys a few years further developed to apply more upward pressure on the Max Jones’ of the world.

At this point anyone not named - Zegras / Baby Z / Cutter / Dostal / Minty or Luneau should be fair game.

Keep Vatrano... good contract and player...

See what is out there for Mason and Terry. Both maddening players - neither good enough offensively for their lack of D and boneheaded penalties .. esp Mason.

Everything else ... fire sale.

I really think Toronto wants Lyubushkin but who knows how they'll make that work. They'd need to move $2 mil + to be able to fit him on the roster.

Vatrano to Boston would work, but I think Winnipeg would want him more. He'd fit in really well with a team that has trouble scoring. It'll be a crime to see Frankie go, the Ducks will probably devolve into single-digit shot totals for the game.

Consensus online seems to be a first for Henrique. Maybe someone will pay a 3rd for Lyubushkin, but if the best offer is a 4th PV should probably take it.

Ek keeps trying to find locations for Gibson which is probably good for clicks, but I don’t see the Kings giving up a $5-6M roster player to make cap space. I don’t see anyone (except maybe NJ) with the cap space to do this in season.

The Ducks are at the point in this rebuild where they need NHL-ready prospects or young roster players, not draft picks. I don’t see them moving Vatrano for picks - maybe for an NHL ready winger with Top 6 potential but not for more picks.

His contract is good he's got another year... he's a shooter .. which we need and he finishes.. which we also need -

Gibby is going nowhere unless we eat 50% per yr...

Rico if we could get a 2nd and 3rd ...cool...

Getting rid of BUST Killorn should be priority #1... what a train wreck.
He so reminds me of Rendone.

Not sure what the Sens and Ducks are talking about...but

Chabbot, Branstrom, 1st rounder (bruins), Tyler Boucher

For;

Zegras, Silfverberg (nmc-waived)/or Vatrano

I'd swap goalies...you've all seen enough of Korpisalo. He'd certainly help with the rebuild.
