Kinda like the Wings 3rd jersey..... But Why? So they can make more money by selling them! That's why!

Didn't they have some powder blues last year with a palm tree and hockey stick on it and a navy and powder blue jersey as a third a few seasons ago? To say they haven't had a 3rd Jersey is false. Don't know if they have worn anything other than home or aways this year as I haven't watched every game living out west and not usually home for the early games. But it has been done in the past.

I like the old retro sweaters the best. let's keep it old school. Tonight should be a great game. It will be chippy which makes for a great game.

Yes they wore the powder blue/stick and palm tree logo last season. The navy blue/powder blue third was many moons ago. They wore a retro “third” a few years ago that was navy blue with the OG pouncing Panther logo on it.

They have done the Reverse Retros like all the teams the past few years, but nothing like a true third.

They really seem to want to distance themselves from the OG logo, even their revamped version of it. I know the original version was difficult to replicate in smaller sizes (like on a hat) and that was one of their reasons for changing it. I imagine the new version is still harder than most logos to replicate, I’m assuming that the leaping 3D effect is still a problem with making smaller versions. Hats with the OG logo would have the patch of the Panther leaping out, but the patches of the head and front claws were like doubly thick to get the pouncing effect to come across. They looked like they had to make separate patches of the head and front paws and add them on top of the base logo.

Honestly, I'd rather see the Panthers win the division over Boston. Barring some insane run, it's obvious Tampa is not taking #1 in the division, so let's hope it stays in Florida - Beantown doesn't need another division title.

Having said that, I hope the Lightning get a solid win tonight. A few years ago, I wouldn't have any worries about this game. Now I do. Unless Vasi steals this game, I think the Panthers take this one. Tampa is a little banged up and the Cats are just dialed in and playing some of their best hockey.

If Tampa gets a loser point, I'll be happy. I'll be thrilled if we get two points. I won't be shocked if we get zero points.

Cats gonna have about 30M to replace 12 players for next season. This season could be their window.

Well, that was an unqualified disaster for the Lightning. I didn't have a curb stomping on my 2024 Bolts bingo card.

I must admit, hearing Lets go Panthers! and Bobbee! chants in Tampa was pretty cool.
Sounded like there were a lot of Panthers fans in the building.

I’m not a jersey wearing guy but I like that those new ones are in Spanish. The game needs new fans and the spirit of the game is inclusive.

That said, it is hideous. Surely they could have done something less ‘video game art.’
