The mindset of this team is night and day different from last year. Hard to believe the current W/L record is sustainable over an 82-game schedule, but they are fun to watch. The Ducks are finally fun to watch again!

If he played in a larger hockey media town, Mintyukov would be the early favorite for the Calder. Most of the time he looks like he skipped the whole rookie thing and went straight from junior hockey to being a 5-year veteran.

They were actually talking about the Wings and the Ducks being serious playoff contenders on the radio today. Just like the old days!

I was talking to a fellow season ticket holder last night after the Ducks had an extended offensive zone pressure. They didn't score but they generated several good scoring chances and Thompson made some great saves. Anyway, what I told him was HOW F@CKING BAD OF A COACH IS DALLAS EAKINS!!! This is basically the same team and they are light-years better than they were last year. Plus, they're still learning the system Cronin wants them to play! Wait until they get comfortable with it.

Id argue the big change was really in defence but mostly the same yes

Hell of a game and the fight in the team was huge. Cronin really has brought them together to play as a team there

Order them in advance if you can. I made the mistake of assuming they'd be available at the team store but they sell out online before they can get them in the store. Similar to when the Kracken jerseys first came out. Both of my boys love the Kracken logo so I was going to get them jerseys for Christmas. I could only find one so I bought them T-shirts and told them I was waiting for the jerseys. They eventually got them this past Christmas!

Meh tickets acquired though. Front row at the glass too. Stoked to get there for the game now.
