Cogs' injury scares me. The idea of icing any combination or all of Galchenyuk, Meyers, and Nieto for an extended period of time is downright horrifying. We're already facing an uphill climb without Landy, we really better hope Cogs looks a lot worse than it actually is and that Malgin and Helm can return soon as well. Mack, Rants, and Makar aren't scoring 4 points/night when and or if we reach Dallas or Minnesota.

Hope you guys get healthy. The blue line is stacked.

And, as a former resident of SWPA, I really hope the Penguins get their crap together and the big three can enjoy some meaningful hockey again before it's all said and done for them.

I know it will never happen, but Crosby joining his BFF for a run would always be welcomed if Pitts wanted to rebuild

Also hey Moose, ready for another fun filled playoffs?

I'm not gonna lie, the Landy news really cratered my expectations. I'm still going to be positive and wish for the best, but I'm honestly not going to be too upset if the train derails at some point. Plus, we need you to have the negative vibes because you remember how that worked out last year right?

Cogs was spotted at practice without a sling watching.. That has to be good news at least.

Also excited to watch the wild and stars beat the hell out of each other before round 2 as long as we take the kraken

Oh for sure, there was points I was salty and times where I felt like I had to just make the comment and keep it going since it was working out well lol

Glad to see you still kicking though and bring on the Kraken. MacKinnon is gonna enjoy peppering Gru I have to believe

100% agree with this, both those teams have guys that would just add more to our injured list. Glad we hopefully get to miss one of them later on in the playoffs

I live in Toronto and am a Blue Jays fan. I didn't get a chance to go to the home opener this year, but have in the past, and watched the game on TV. Glad to hear an outsider appreciates the experience as much as we do!

Yeah it felt like it took them that long to get in gear.

Took them a bit, but can tell they are getting into it. This team usually seems sluggish after a few days off heh

Seems like they've been starting most games sluggishly lately. I hope we aren't getting refpucked like the Leafs did.

Way too many mistakes and trying to be fancy, gonna be a short playoffs if they don't adapt

Of course we'd get goalie'd by Grubauer. I figured we'd drop a couple in this series, but losing game one wasn't really part of the plan. Brutal game for Manson. At least most other favorites lost their opening game as well.

I went to the game last night. We are looking like a 1 line team again. If we miraculously get by Seattle then Dallas will wipe the floor with us
