Amazing how often it is consistently poor favouring the Bruins.

Two series now started game 1 with a team leading the Bruins only to get the life sucked out of them by Boston getting away with everything, and the the other team called for a series of bad penalties. At the very least it would be nice to see the league, or the refs call the Bruins on the ridiculous embellishment and diving... instead of letting the Boston fans make the call.

2 goals that Binnington was stopping up till now. Bad read by Eddy on the 2nd goal. Chose to go behind the net instead of watching the front. Good job Tarasenko to stick with it.

Must win regardless of officiating. They've done it before they can do it again.

He was going in to finish the hit and the player turned. Bruin put himself in a bad position.

Dominating first four minutes of OT - a cycling down-low clinic. About as critical of an overtime win for a Game 2 as they get. Well done Blues.

I read the definition. Charging is never called based solely on that definition.

Great OT FOR THE Blues.

I presume you are talking about the boarding hit tonight? Definitely a bad hit imho but Grzelcyk made it a lot worse by the position he put himself in. He knows he is going to be hit and he put himself in a terrible, dangerous position.

Again, bad hit, penalty by Sundqvist but I don't know how he could expect him to end up in that spot. He never should have still had his back to Sunny. Most guys move the puck around and turn their shoulder in to absorb the hit. He goes contortionist instead and keeps his back to Sunny.

This series has been worse than the last. Two head shots on Blais. Two bad boardings by the Blues. Some kneeing type hits. Schwartz stupidly crashing Tuukka. Bruins full checking guys who never had the puck instead of running interference.

I think the Blues found their game. Interesting game 3. Lets see how the Bruins respond. Binnington has to play better early.

If that game was in late january, it would have been a shutout.

I personally love when McAvoy is behind the Blues net. Can't shoot from there and puts a forward on D, well should put a forward on D.

I'm wondering if my prediction last night of 1 game for Sunny will be the call.

NHL DOPS have a hearing today with Sunny on the hit. Note they did not say it was an in-person hearing.

If there is a suspension(I don't think there should be at all) what is the time frame they have to let the team know by? I could see if there is no time table they would at the last moment hours before the game suspend him and make us rush to figure out who is playing.

The Bruins player put himself in that situation and lost his footing or turned at the last moment. Sunny trying to finish his check did exactly that. Finished his check. Nothing malicious or predatory about the hit

Maybe a fine?? Boston getting the call in their favor again? (frank) Backes' quote after the game. He has always hit like that so is e now calling himself a dirty player?
