If Neely got his way, they NEVER would have beat the Leafs! I've never seen so many dirty plays not get called.. god damn Bruins eh.. they are the first to dive and the first to blame every other team! Remeber when they went off at Montreal about diving? Meanwhile their team dives more than anyone else.. clean up your own house before you start throwing s*** at others!

To be fair, I do agree with Neely. However, Neely should also address the constant punches to the head and body before and after the whistle. There are many teams, including his, that are consistent at this practice.

Bread Marchand is my favorite player. He's a tough little rye.

New Jersey had some major gripes as well.

Nico getting speared in the balls right in front of the ref. No call and no hearing for Hedman afterwards.

Vatanen taking a headshot right in front of the refs, no call and no hearing for Kucherov afterwards. Almost identical hit that got Doughty suspended.

Neely is correct, the refs are bad, but I also remember a little rat headshotting Marcus Johansson and that didnt get a penalty either.

Top notch Cam Neely impression, really captured his specific style of whining...

The officiating in the league is horrendous on the best of days and should be addressed, but this is the NHL. As long as Bettman can keep game management alive, he will.

The hypocrisy in the fact that it's Neely who is making these statements, can't be overstated.

Neely , the most overrated person in the Hall of Fame, should keep his big yap shut. If he was not a Bruin he would not be in the HHOF and waiting like Rick Vaive who has more goals, assists and points.

Neely's points per game are slightly better than Vaive's. slightly. point is they produced basically the same in the number of relative game's played. so (frank) right off.
