One last note on the last game in Nashville. Did anyone notice that the singer for the Canadian anthem used the old words instead of "all of us command" ? You would think that if you are going to sing an anthem that you would make sure you know the correct words. The conspiracy theorist in me says that she did that on purpose because it seemed to be back luck for the Preds when Lady Antebellum screwed up their own anthem.

I also noted that Subban stated after the game that the Jets were not the better team. Enjoy the golf course P.K.

Tonight will be a feel-out game for both teams. Let's hope the lack of rest doesn't become a factor for the Jets because they now play every second night going forward.

Lawless and Hnidy are traitors, don't let them back in Wpg! (I am kidding as they are both good guys tempted by the decadence of Vegas) But Carrie Underwood is also not welcome in Wpg for what she said after losing to Wpg.

Playing the game tonite keeps the consistency going for the Jets and hopefully Vegas is flat after the time off. The consistency should help Helle but hopefully there is limited fatique in the Jets lineup after the 7 game series. Roslovic does have the speed, but Armia should be fresh as well as he only has a few games back now.

Tough call on who to start. An extra day or two of rest would have been ideal but nothing left to do but go hard!

The Vegas Knights - - - Game 1 will be tough as the Jets have had less rest ... I won't lose my sh_t either way for either outcome ... Jets' adrenaline could be higher or they could be worn out ... we'll see ... last change will give PoMo advantage for line match ups as Vegas' speed is their game

Excellent defensive game by the Jets. I never really got the feeling that Vegas had the ability to come back. I thought, in particular, the Little had an outstanding game.

Really would like to see Ehlers get a goal and get that monkey off his back.

Great game. Jets legs were ready to go and played defensively very well. Lots of traffic in front of Fleury was a key, along with the large discrepancy in shots. But, Vegas was showing signs of life in the third.

Did we lose Enstrom? I hope not but looks like he was injured seriously but we will see. Him and Buff werre working good togehter but it was a thunderous unprotected hit. We got 7.5 games out of him since coming back but good thing we have depth on D.

I think Vegas will come out real hard Monday. I am not making any predictions, and it is game by game, but I think Wpg can grind Vegas down. But, its game by game. Nice to have a coach that has experience in going deep!
