I think the Wild will manage to take one of these home games, but so long as Winnipeg plays at the level they've been at this series, they should be fine.

Yep, weather is crazy here right now! Got 16 inches of April snow yesterday and it's falling again today.

That's just insane for this time of the year. Thank god you kept it down there. Don't need that up here.

That's ridiculous for this time of year, I've already played 15 rounds of golf this year here on the West Coast.

I loved Boudreau saying the Jets are fine with all the added travel and delays and that getting in today is no big deal. So nice of him to speak on the Jets behalf.

"it is what it is" ... accept the reality ... if they indeed land safely in Minni and can get to the Arena - game on

Get the players there as quick as you can and let them figure out how to prep under these circumstances

Play simple & defensive in the early going and open er up once the game legs are pumping - just like games 1 and 2

Not sure what else we can do ?

Can't wait to see how many other Jets fans braved the conditions to be at the X tonight. Gonna be a fun day in the Twin Cities, GO JETS GO!

How do articles with typos in the title make it to publication?

Typo? Does light instead of flight throw you off? Or agreed, Bizzard vs Blizzard can be quite difficult to figure out, lol.

Good info Pete, its not too difficult to understand what you are trying to nay (I mean say).

Charlie. I'm, sure its tough for Pete to see which keys he is pressing on his laptop in the middle of a blizzard.

Pete. The guys are just poking a little fun your way. It was a good article with lots of interesting charts. I think it was several spelling errors that prompted the comments such as "no" vs not and "lights" vs flights in addition to Bizzard . I make typos all the time so its par for the course for a guy like me. NO worries.

In regards to the snowstorm in Minnesota it can have several factors that can possibly have an effect on the game.

1) Less Wild fans in the stands. Some come from outside the city, some come from suburbs, etc. Then there is the parking problem with 16 inches of snow getting in the way. I'm guessing 15% less fans than normal.

2) Almost no Jets fans in the crowd. Cancelled flights and almost no way of driving there means those who bought tickets in advance are out money. Those who were thinking on making the drive and picking up tickets can forget it. One would think the typical " True North " cheer won't be very loud tonight .

3) No Jets pre-game skate unless they manage to get to the arena for early afternoon.
I'm also thinking that the Wild may have opted to stay in a hotel near the arena last night so as to avoid travel problems from their homes.

4) Some travel weariness possible from Saturday but at the same time it may have allowed some camaraderie and general fun to possibly take over while they waited around.

Other than all that the Wild are a very good home team and I still predict this is a 5 game series. That means Wild could win one at home. They won't want to be 0-3 so if they are to come out flying this would be the time to do it.

Go Jets !!!

This was really poor planning/adjusting from Jets management. They should have flown out on Friday night or at the very least early Saturday morning. They just screwed up everyone’s routine, including
the rest day between games, as they were travelling & waiting for a decision all day yesterday. So dumb.

Calm down.

Jets are up 2-0. The players probably appreciated an extra day at home.

They're professionals. They'll be fine.

Yah, these guys are professionals. They play 82 games with very little rest. It's what an hour and a half flight? Whoopie.

Yeah, they look fine tonight, smh. They are flat as can be, no jump at all - I wonder why?

That 1.5hr flight was there & back, with waiting at the Deluth airport for a few hours before they made a decision (6hr travel day) & then another 1.5hr trip on game day. Clearly you guys don’t get the impact that has, try opening your eyes while you watch tonight.

Scheifele and Trouba have been borderline awful these 3 games. Hope I hear he’s injured as this is not how a #1 center plays in 3 straight big games.

Trouba not hitting, not playing with any offensive awareness, really looks overwhelmed!!

Helly was Swiss Cheese and Trouba is so soft, the kind of pigeon we fire from the farm after day one.
