The NHL Player safety review stuff is just silly at this point. It's about as ambiguous as what goalie interference really is or what is a catch in the nfl today? Nobody really has any idea.

All in all, I thought we carried the pace of play more than they did, especially considering the penalties. It doesn't really matter what we think of the calls, but we took too many penalties, period. We need to be the smarter team in this series. I think it's really important to win the penalty battle against WSH. Reduce their PP's and draw more penalties ourselves and we keep Ovechkin largely out of the game.
