Agreed. I think it was NMC for the first 3 or 4 years and then turns into a limited NTC for the last few. So, he should be able to be exposed for an expansion draft. But.. nobody in their right might would take him. They will go after one of the other AHL caliber players at a lower cost first

Also looking at the salary cap I JUST realized Edler and MDZ are in the final years of their contracts next year.


Edler = 2019 1st draft pick in Vancouver.
