What's wrong with Tarasenko?
I thought Russian machine never break?
Take it easy tonight, we're trying for home ice throughout the playoffs.

The last two games were inspiring but not sustainable. If we're gonna have success we need Allen to polish his game up a little. As you point out there is lots of room for improvement.

The way I'm looking at it is we are 4 points back of the Kings with 2 games in hand. Win those games and you catch either the Kings and/or Ducks by default in the WC2 spot. That being said, would love Calgary to do us a solid and take down Anaheim tonight.

He is day to day with an "upper body injury". He took an elbow to the face so I'd imagine concussion? No way the Blues go easy on you guys tonight, unless team B shows up haha.

How has Soshnikov been playing? Have not had a chance to see him of late.

He's been a solid player. He hits, shows some decent speed and has a laser of a shot. He could grow into something or be a solid 4th line guy who can kill penalties and move up in the line up if need be. He also has an element to his game where he could break out to be something much better. But if I'm betting 3rd/4th line guy who can eventually kill penalties.

I was happy to see them get a point from the game and the second was a nice added bonus.

They still have some tough opponents left. So they just got to find a way to win.

Agreed. The thing that's bringing me back to earth is it was with Boston's B team.

Ya we really could use Tarasenko back. I know he's been struggling but any guy that's gonna pot about 30 goals on a "down year" can absolutely help your line up. If the pens can win the stanley cup without Letang i sincerely hope we can make the playoffs without Bouw. Fabbs out all year doesn't count imho. Upshall....whatever.

On another note, lets hope the Sarnia Sting lose the first round of their playoffs and we get to see a little bit of Kyrou with the big club. I am pretty excited for this kid, had essentially 2 points per game in the OHL this year.

I like him too. Like you said, good speed, nice shot. Much better than sundqvist.
