Disappointing that Schneids isn't between the pipes. My faith in KK isn't strong. But i guess he just slayed to giants. Hoping to see Bratt get his game going as well. He has not been impressive down the stretch.

With our depth at d.... Keep him. He is an athletic D that makes the odd bad choice. Overall I have been impressed with him this season. Hopefully he is retained for less than 2M AAV with short term. I believe he is currently the 6th highest point producing UFA D man heading into the offseason. Weak UFA year aside from Carlson.

Yeah you're probably right there isn't much else out there besides Carlson or making a big trade for OEL or Karlsson.

Unfortunately both Carlson and Mike Green are right hand shots as well. With Vatanen and Severson on the right side we are pretty good there. Need to make a big trade for a left hand shot.

Vatanen, Butcher and Severson they should be building around. The other 3 spots should be wide open depending if we can find better then Lovejoy, Moore and the steady but aging Andy Greene.

Agreed, biggest need on this team is a top paid LHD. I’d feel so much better about next year if it looked like:

Greene-Vatanen
Butcher- Santini

With Mueller and Lovejoy as extras.
