good trade! didnt give up much at all, 2nd rounder like last year for boyle, but I think plekanec makes a great 4th line center! I hate MTL but this should piss them off more with him playing for the leafs |

Has excellent size for the National Hockey League level, plus he plays a very versatile game. Also has a history of posting good numbers at lower levels.
FLAWS:
Must prove he can withstand the rigors of the lengthy schedule in the professional ranks. Also, the jury is still out on his scoring acumen in the NHL.
CAREER POTENTIAL:
Big, versatile forward with a little upside. |
