I think the trade made sense for both sides but we're hoping you guys would want McD

Holden is a 3rd pair guy that can move up when needed, last year he was real good for us but slowed a little in the 2nd half and I wouldn't look into his play to much this year, every single defenseman has been terrible for us this year which is likely the system not the players. Better to have him in the playoffs in case of an injury than to not have him. Just ask any Rangers fan after Hamirlik handed you guys that playoff series a few years back
