Could the Wild even burn it down and start over or are we stuck having to 're-tool' as our only option?

Hard to see any big contract vets going anywhere. Hypothetical situation but, I wouldn't be happy if Chuck moved Suter anyway. He's still a great D, he just doesn't need to be getting so much PP (insert Scandella...oh thats right...) or OT minutes. The Parise and Suter deals hurt cap wise, but lets not forget that those deals paved the way for this team to be a perennial playoff contender. I don't fault Chuck at all on those. Koivus new deal however, could've been made after the season, or later in the season.
Moving Staal could net a nice return, but then there's no top line C for next year, hard to see Kunin or JEE being able to take over that role right now. I'm just praying Chuck doesn't give up more picks or prospects for ANOTHER dumpster fire of rental players.
Guys like Cullen, Foligno, Ennis, or Stewart wouldn't bring much of a return other than picks. Some people may not agree with me, but i still think Coyle is the best trade chip, he's the most replaceable out of the young core. He could be used to get back a player/prospects(s) with skillsets that are missing from this team. Examples, a young C with number 1 potential, a true goal scorer/sniper, a physical right shot D. Just some thoughts.
