Hexy will make a deal for a goalie, he wants to make the playoffs. To give up a 3rd for a proven NHL goalie doesn't deviate from the plan. Glad to see Lyon didn't look overwhelmed today.

I believe the minimum number of times to watch this before moving on to the next post is five.

I love all of the intangibles and the pp goals that Simmonds brings, but he is just not a possession player (eye test - haven't looked at the fancy stats). Whenever the puck touches his stick, it seems as though 95+% of the time it is a turnover, deflection or shot. I am torn.

One the things they talked about during the game today is how tight the locker room is. I think mrazek and lehner are no go not because of price but because of the reported attitude that comes with them. I think they look for a better team player guy. It's not like mrazek has been lighting it up hes been meh. Lehner is above average goalie. If neuvirth is only a day2day injury I roll with lyons tuesday and see how it goes. If he's out long term I still think a chad johnson or lindback/nillson type guy makes more sense

Also, EK's programmic advertising needs to get dialed down a bit. It updates 10 times every micromilisecond and clogs up memory at a ridiculous rate. It makes the site unusable. It is also the only site on my phone that ever sends me to a "you have won" web-site. It is bad and seems to be getting worse.
