Preds traded a 1st for Paul Gaustad. A 4th line centre. I think the bottom line is that Glenny isn't being traded unless there's a massive overpayment. Just because Babs wants him doesn't mean Holland has to trade him. If Lou is looking for a bargain, look elsewhere.

Arguably the worst trade Holland has made in about a decade. Legwande was a complete waste of roster space. Absolutely hated that terrible trade. Yet even after Legwande was gone, Holland said in an interview he thought Legwande was one of the reasons the Wings made the playoffs that season. What a crock of B.S. from Holland. Completely delusuional.

To be fair, legwand did spear Malkin in the testes which did elicit some joy from me. It as the last time I experienced pleasure watching the wings.

Everything I've heard about Chowlowski is bad. People who've watched him in Juniors are not at all impressed. He hasn't done anything special in college hockey either. Looks like a crap job of drafting to me. I'm not high on this pick at all.

Another crappy pick was taking Rasmussen instead of taking Vilardi (whom the Kings snagged).

Me neither. Rasmussen is a 3rd line centre most likely and Cholowski likely never makes it. Poor drafting has killed this team.
