I haven't watched him in the A but this was to be expected. We all know he can put up the points. Its the defensive areas of the game that he needs to improve on. I think he just needs to develop that mentality of competing 100% of the time and just following a guy isn't good enough in the d zone...get the puck back. Even ghost has his ways of using his stick to break up possession. Needs to learn these things he'll get there.

(frank) the Devils. Even with the end of their trapping style they still deserve to be thrown into the pit of misery!

Agreed. I think he got a little physically overwhelmed at times by the stronger NHL players. He is a big kid so I don't think that will last.

I think he needs to be better with his stick for sure, not just on breaking up possession but in passing lanes. He still has work to do with defensive positioning, but same can be said for lots of young defensemen. He isn't playing mistake free hockey in the AHL, he is just getting offensive chances that outweight the negatives

I was impressed that the Flyers managed to gut out a win on Sunday night in what looked (to me) to be a sure schedule loss. In theory, tonight could be another tough grind as this is game 4 in like... 6 nights? Hopefully the Flyers have enough left in the tank to win one more.

Maybe the crowd can keep the energy of the last week going and spur them on.

I trust that the others who attended the game in LV enjoyed their weekend as much as I did.
