Well Ennis I'm not thrilled about... But what the heck happened to Stewart? He started the season off on fire now he's having to split time with freaking Tyler Ennis?!!! Wow. All I can say is that Winnik was more or less garbage before getting a shot in the top 6, and Stewart was playing well when he got his shot in the top 6 and now is garbage...

Only difference between Winnik and Stewart right now is that Stewart doesn't look like he's giving 100%, I don't know if he's pouting or just not playing well. Winnik seems to be giving his all when he's out there.

Well, that was ugly. Really ugly. Wild forgot to show up, and the Pens were in gunning mode last night. I am guessing the Dubnyk was like the goalie in SlapShot, needing someone to calm his fits in the locker room after the 1st period. I didn't watch the 3rd period, but in the first 2, I saw Suter make 1 good play and 3 bad ones. I am really starting to doubt the Wild even getting a wild card into the playoffs. Just not going to happen this year.

I did like that JEE was playing C between Rau and Coyle. At least for some of the game. When Nino gets back, does Winnik stay with Staal/Parise? I thought those 3 are starting to gel pretty good. Would like to see a Nino/JEE/Coyle line, before Coyle is traded away. If the Wild do continue down this hole to the abyss, who is on the block for trading. I see Coyle, Spurgeon or Dumba, hopefully Ennis. Does trading Stall make any sense? I didn't really notice Reilly in the game last night, but I think his days are numbered as well. Oh yeah, if Wild are sellers, you KNOW Cullen is on his way back to the Pens.

Here's to hoping that last night was just a bump in the road.

I don't think there's any way to right the Ennis ship... That ship has sailed and it's going to continue sinking until his contract expires or can be bought out.
That being said, Chucky can't afford to try and dump another bad contract via trade rider. He got completely fleeced when he accepted Ennis for Pominville. OMG what a freaking horrible deal. Scandella and Pom for Foligno and Ennis! Holy poop what a mess....
