I am confident that the Pens can win this game but am a little concerned about our players getting injured. Anaheim is definitely the dirtiest team in the league this year (and usually are one of the dirtiest every year thanks to major contributors like Perry and Kessler). The more they slip in the standings the dirtier they get.

That is sad and with Murray's age his dad was most likely only in his lower 50's that must be hard to lose any parent when you're only 23.

RW, how can you say Carlyle has done a bad job? The Ducks finished 6th overall last year (actual pts and not Corsi) and made it to the Conference finals. And this year he has the Ducks within striking distance of the playoffs while being riddled with injuries to their top players.

Yup. They've had TERRIBLE injury luck this year and the fact they're not completely out of the race is a testament to how good a job he's done.

Yeah Pierre had surgery for prostate cancer about a week ago. I had no clue Edzo had cancer too. Sad stuff. Edzo's not my favorite but you hate to see the dragon attack just about anyone short of Hitler.
