I still don't know about this team, Steve. They play really well for a little while and then last weekend. I kind of get the Oiler loss, they just got spanked 5-0 two games in a row, plus it was the first game they played against the Ducks since the playoffs. Giving away that Calgary game though, that was brutal. The horrific defensive breakdowns leave me wondering if this truly is a playoff team. I agree about the week off helping, but it would have been nice to be third in the Pacific rather than chasing a wild card spot.

It was serious enough for him to uncharacteristically screw the pooch at the red line on that last-minute goal.

Oh come on Dux. Have a little faith. They are just starting to got there act together. I mean I wouldn't let the Calgary and Edmonton games discourage you from seeing the progress they have made. We are almost healthy and the teams finally got some cohesiveness to it. And also those games where revenge games for the oil and flames.

First game back after break ....The Ducks are going to spank the LA Kings !
