Once again, offensively getting it done, but defensively mired in mediocrity... and the discipline of this team as a whole is non-existent. I give the PK a ton of credit though. When you give your opponent 7 power plays and manage to give up only 3 goals in the entire game, I guess somebody is doing something right.
Can't have too many games like that and live to tell it about it though come playoff time.
This team looks at times like they could possibly be a factor in the post season but are still far too inconsistent defensively. And Kudos' to Stalock for securing the win, but much like his counterpart in the Wild net lets in what should be considered a softy to force OT. |
