Going to be a fun one.

This could be the Canuck's game of the year as they are on a three game losing streak and after this game have two very difficult ones (Not to say Calgary is not tough enough) and could be looking down a 6 game losing streak. That, plus No-Bo, makes this an important game.

P.S.: Hard for the blogger to say the Canucks are on a downward trend after 1 game without Bo.

I thought Flames fans had this poop on tap?

Never thought I'd be saying this at this point in the season facing the Canucks but this is a very important 2 points in the division right now.

At least our D has started to clean it up a fair bit. Mony's on fire and Gaudreau looks like he's ready to go on a points streak again the way he is playing.

I would like to see the second line start scoring some more points, especially Frolik who's offence seems to be way to stagnant this year.

Smity's back in which is great, but what's also great is the emergence of Rittich. I think we have a true 1B now, and it's time to have him play more games so we can balance out Smity's minutes a lot better.

Almost at the half way point and the Flames are still not in a playoff position what went wrong with the best D in the West?

Well at least G30 is a cakewalk of a game. How can a home game against the limping Canucks not be a blow out? The timing can't be more favorable. Time for a statement blow out to march up the standings. All that is left is to count how many hatricks, Howe or natural will come tonight. Easy no brainer dominating win coming up no way to frack this up Flames!
