You shouldn't be leaving him off the list but I doubt there will be too many takes anyway.

according to friedman, the sabres aren't interested in moving the likes of Ristolainen, Scandella or reinhart unless the offer is serious

Yeah I saw that in your blog. Eichel of course has incredible talent but the impression I'm getting he's a bit tarnished at this point and seems to be getting a whiner rep. Couple those things with his contract I would think the Sabres may be having 2nd thoughts.... I can't see ANYONE wanting to pay anything significant for reinhart I mean why would They? He hasn't exactly been to great maybe I'm missing something you guys know a helluva lot more than I do about your team.

Yeah I know he isn't going anywhere but at this point you guys are happy with Eichel and his contract? Also, do you consider him a legit franchise center at this point?

Well I mean scandella makes some sense cause if you move him you've officially run out of guys who can play defence lol.

I don't get the reinhart hate...he's on the final year of his entry-level deal and will be re-signed to a very reasonable bridge contract...he's got skills, but is a young player in a very difficult situation...he may not be second-overall worthy at this point, but he's not on a bad contract either

I'm just going by what I read and the odd times I watch a Sabres game. He doesn't seem to be showing signs of developing quite the opposite actually. I mean you're right that'll only help his next contract but with that said I'd rather have a guy paying well and have to pay him more .
Kind of strange reasoning to say well he's not playing well so we can pay him less for 3 or 4 years and HOPE he figures it out
