There is a great deal of momentum growing that penalties should be one minute in OT and I am having a hard time finding enough of my contacts from the Board of Govs who don't LOVE this idea. As one said..."The 3 v 3 is just far more entertaining than a normal Power Play...

Instead of shortening penalties to 1 minute in OT (which is, in a word: dumb), how about this:
- Increase OT to 10 minutes in length
- Eliminate shootouts
- Bring back ties
- Increase regulation wins to 3pts

If he loves Toronto that much, why would he even accept a trade to the PANTHERs???
Pretty sure they would be on his no trade list.

I tried to come up with 10 - it isn't easy.
Unless he has an anti-Canada bias, it's actually hard to get to 10.
Most of the crap geographic locations are doing well. Do you put Edmonton on the list? Keep in mind, the list has to be done in the summer.
Ottawa, Winnipeg, probably Calgary. Maybe Vancouver (wouldn't be on my list). Arizona. Carolina. After that, it gets tough. |
