Islanders need to be on their toes defensively tonight or it could be an ugly replay of last years games against Tampa.

Guys like JT, Bailey,Eberle, and Nelson have to play D like never before. Isles want to be for real then they need to show they can play D against a team like Tampa.

I'm a little leary of this game. Tavares is running hot and the Isles are due for a win against the Lightning. If the Lightning get cocky on this one, they will get burned.

Having said that, the Lightning's top line is a weapon of mass destruction.

Can't take a shift, let alone a period, off against this team like they have with the Carolinas of the league and still expect to win.
