I bought the hype, I've changed my tune, they still suck and Chayka isn't as good as I thought he was. |

Man, it's six games. Of which, they could easily have won 3. |

From what I've seen, they'll need a huge turnaround to fix this, they're just not where I thought they'd be. Kids need more time. |

I don't understand this kind of analysis. We all know and agree that a hockey game is not always won by the team that played the best. We also know that in short samples, results can be all over the place.
So why do people make rash judgements after six games? "The kids need more time"? what does that even mean? You'd never say that if they were 3-3 which they probably should be.
They've used three goalies in six games, and they've switched goalies at least three times during a game. Their starting goalie is injured.
The end.
This isn't some mystery. It has nothing to do with the players, the way they've played, the rebuild, experience levels or the GM.
It has to do with one thing: Using Three goalies in six games. |

Columbus turned it around when they got some good managers in there, maybe the Coyotes will too? |

Dylan Strome might want to chat with Bo Horvat's skating coach in Ontario to see if he can get faster. |

That tends to happen when your goalie only saves 83% of shots while you're on the ice. That is also why plus/minus is a terrible stat. |

Bad teams usually have a lot guys that are on the wrong side of the plus/minus stat. |

But I seem to remember you ragging on Bo Horvat for his -30 one year (at 20 years old on a really bad team) questioning whether he's a good player or not lol |

The team is 0-6 and the goalies have let in everything. Pretty hard to say anyone's playing good, but the fact the goalies can't make a save makes everyone look way worse than they are. |

You seem to be 100% wrong. I don't bring up plus/minus. Ever. I even write a weekly article with that as the ironic title. Come on. |
