Budaj had a rough first... that said, the Devils have been super entertaining to watch this year.

Never thought I'd see a NJ team with the kind of speed you guys are showing- kudos.

Wow. very happy for devils fans to finally get a team that is playing the way todays NHL is played. Fast, exciting, puck control, and solid solid goaltending. Years and years of boring as hell hockey, although it was not a full house last night, the fans that were there were losing their poop haha it was funny to see and fun to watch.

Good game, I thought you guys played a little better then us but we did face Budaj who is good but not as good as Vasilevskiy which was a break for us. Must be fun watching Kucherov and Stamkos every game.....man those two are so scary when they are out there, it's almost like you think they are going to score every time they touch the puck. just scary!!

We got backups from the Avalanche, Sabers, Rangers and Lightning and starters from the Leafs and Capitals. Kind of weird, but lucky for us. We've been pretty lucky and walking out with two points last night was certainly somewhat fortuitous.

Good game, I think Tampa had a little better of the 5v5 but the Devils capitalized on special teams which got it OT and eventually 2 points for them. But the Bolts got 3 of 4 in a back to back so that is perfectly fine.

It will be interesting to see how the Devils continue this season, definitely improved team but can they sustain it all year. They were fast and fun to watch which was good to see.

Don't know why Sustr was in the game, leave Koekkoek in and let him and Sergachev grow.

What I find funniest right now is all the teams so far continue to shadow Stamkos when they enter the zone leaving Kuch wide open, the Devils did it again last night on Kuch's goal. Eventually they will all shade Kucherov and Stamkos will go on a scoring binge. That line is going to be tough to play against.

I also noticed they had Sergachev playing with Stralman behind the Stamkos line quite a few times.
