Good point. Really hope he does well, and you guys should savor every second you can of watching him play.

We need Janko. Kind of like the idea of Bennett going to the wing and Janko centering the third line. I know its not likely as they spent all of last year making sure Bennett is a centremen. But still i like that idea

Why is Freddie Hamilton still here? Does anyone think he'd be claimed on waivers if he was sent down? Does Dougie have it in his contract that his brother has to be on the team?

The Glass signing is this year's Nic Grossmann. Another attempt to get "toughness" in the lineup, even though they can't play today's game.

It's much too early in the season for a logical lineup... If it goes the same as last year, we need to wait until the new year before Gully creates the best lineup

I totally agree with this with the exception of Klimchuk. I do not see him as even an upgrade over F. Hamilton. Hathaway is a better choice for 4th line duties.

Definitely on board with the "move Bennett to wing" notion. He's been struggling at centre abd maybe a move to the wing will be good for him. Call up Janko and have him center Bennett and Versteeg and call it a day. Maybe that'll hell keep him out of the box, too.

Also, I know I'm probably alone on this one, but I still like the Glass signing. He's been decent from what I've seen and he's doing what we pay him to.
