Hopefully everybody plays as well as they have been when Karlsson was missing, if they do, they will be a tough out for anyone all season

Good chance for the Sens to put some points on the board against a team they "should" beat.

Tougher opponents incoming.

On behalf of Leafs Nation, I'd just like to wish Karlsson good luck tonight.

Break a leg!

Thanks, swell thing to say.

Karlsson is already on his way transforming into wolverine. He's got the super healing down, they're already replacing his bones with metal.

Pffft. He's not even the best in the league at that.

Patches dies at least 7 times a season, yet he has never missed the next shift.

Not to be a negative Nancy but I'm a bit worried that the rest of the team will take their foot of the gas a bit thinking "Karlsson is back... he'll do it for us"

I'm sure that is not the case, but you never know.

Same reason the Pen's statistically do better with Crosby out of the line up, because everyone else has to step up.

Great posts!..😂😃.it was mentioned that hopefully the rest of the team continues to play as they have, which is a good question? Having lost their captain.. and best player! Hopefully they don't resort to leaning on him too much? I'm sure they'll be able to continue to be a force, out west they showed up and dominated! Should be interesting how this team responds, and if they do continue to play as they have, now adding to it the Karlsson factor!😨..look out!..good luck with the rest of the season and hopefully Karlsson will dominate and be able to stay healthy! ..p.s.this team as it sits now..with a healthy Karlsson would of advanced to the finals and beat the pens!..no doubt. .letang would not of made a difference. .compared!.. to a healthy Karlsson..that was the best he's played. .and he would of been much more of a factor!

Nice to see 65 back. I think he will be a bit rusty for a few games but still good.I predict 4-3 Sens.
Key to win: continue team play for Sens

What a statement made by the team so far ,i know it is early but the insult that all the supposed experts wrote them off appears to have put a bee in their bonnet

Well you weren't the first to say it, but good on you for recognizing it might happen.

Tonight was a throwaway.

I only got to watch the 1st...don't know if the rest of the game was similar or not but the canucks were awful in the first, Nilsson kept them in! 17-4 Sens shot advantage after 1!

If a Leafs fan made this observation about a Leaf game they would be pilloried.

I didn't get a chance to watch the game but i was following the stats and if the shots were any indication of how good or bad the Sens did. I'd say they did okay.

They were talking about it this morning on the team 1200 and it did seem like Karlsson was a bit rusty and the rest of the team let off a bit.

Also, good God Karlsson needs a hair cut and a shave
