Fiala aside don't forget Kevin Pollock waving off the Preds most important goal of the year and essentially costing them Game 7. Sad NHL has no mechanism in place to have good goals count. Somehow they found a way to wave off the all important first goal in Game 1 for a supposed offside that no one has seen. Final Series was really 2-2-2. Surprised more people aren't upset - had it happened in Vancouver or Montreal they would have burnt the city down.

I wasn't crazy about the call, but I don't think you can blame the refs for the Preds' performance. Didn't they have like six minutes of 5 on 3 at one point and couldn't score? Plus Malkin just beast moding...anyway, better luck this year, I really like the Preds. Wish that Fish stayed in there for one more!

Bad argument- Preds earned the 5-3s. Every time the Leafs score the first goal of the game this year-especially if they get the first goal late in the second- pretend the goal is waved off but oh you will get a PP you earned late in the game. Bad trade.

If the Blues are considering Iginla, it's because Fabbri's knee is going to be a problem.

Wasn't my point. Not that the disallowed goal is worth the 5 on 3's, it was that even with consecutive two man advantages they still couldn't bury it. Losing two of your best players might have had something to do with it...

If they are considering adding a veteran, I really hope it is Jagr instead of Iginla.
