I mean it's looking more like Kulak is going to be the 3rd pairing, but its not for sure and Stajan is gonna have to fight to stay around with all these youngsters chomping at the bit

Lots of things to like about that game. Gio messed up so hard on that giveaway..

Four posts in the third. Kylington has faster forward speed than Brodie.

I think that there were definite positives from what I was able to see on highlights like the Jankowski / Dube goal and I thought Sam Bennett was playing pretty hard.

The areas of concern were in the Alberta South game where the majority of the main defense and the #1 goalie were going against Edmonton's B squad and they still got beat pretty bad. Ah well I guess it's just preseason.

I guess it could have been worse we could have given up a 2nd round pick for Reto Berra.

It's preseason. A bit of a fire under these guys ass is not a bad thing to wake them up.

But I agree there were some positives. Poirier and Bennett looked pretty good from the little I saw of the game in Edmonton.

I actually think Foo looked the best on that line....Bennett was also really strong out there
Porier showed flashes, but also took too many penalties (mind you the officiating was a total disaster)

I know it's just pre-season, but DAMN Eddie Lack looked terrible
it was like he couldnt track the puck, constantly surprised where the puck was even for the shots he did (accidentally?) save

I would not mind seeing what Foo could do on the top line. Its preseason, nothing to loose besides a bit of pride.
