The leg, blood clot and busted knee. 3 hurtfull memories

I hope Stammer can come back and be a 50 goal scorer again. You always hear people taking about how goal scoring has become more valuable in modern hockey and at the same time forget how good of a scorer stamkos is.

He looked great the games he played last year. He just have to build of that.

Nice blog series there Gove!!!

For a young franchise, your Top 4 of Kucherov, Lacavalier, St. Louis & Stamkos is not bad at all. Heck, the 100 year Leafs would have trouble matching that!!!

I see a big rebound for you guys this year. Definately inside the playoff bubble, and likely can contend for the Cup again.

Bring on the season. Good luck guys!!!

I only mentioned the top 4. (2 of which are still playing for the Lightning and will put up MANY more goals yet)

Still. Looking at Top 3.
Leafs Lightning
420 383
389 365
365 321

So, Yes. I give your leafs the edge. But....100 years in league vs 25 years. Very close at the top, considering.

I know you Leaf fans are quite sensitive after 50 years of teasing. But was just saying Lightning snipers been doing OK for such a short history!

Wendel Clark should have made the list just by virtue of being Wendel Clark.
