Hanifin will get a bridge deal (due to not actually being very good last year) and Faulk will be traded in 2019-2020, with Haydn Fleury and Jake Bean filling out the ranks.
TVR will likely be traded before that. |

I hate to break up the Oprah meme show.
Y'all need RHD but I don't see Faulk being moved. He is already out producing his contract value. His value could go up more if Hanifin and Faulk reproduce their chemistry from the post trade deadline period. To many questions right now between Hanifin's level and how does Fleury transition to make a move.
I believe we will see a defender move next offseason if Fleury looks top 4 ready. Fleury or Hanifin moves depending on who has higher value.
In the meantime, we'll play a shutdown game and let our O players grow. Also we should see Staal's numbers climb this year with the addition of Kruger. He can actually play O for the 1st time since Crosby and Malkin were hurt. But if y'all want to dump JVR for picks and a spec, we'd be up for that. |

Faulk is gone in 2019-2020.
It makes sense with the guys coming up. Sell the older, expensive guy and bet on your youth.

Prefer the Seattle Typhoons but it really makes no difference to me where they play. |

I made sure to spit on every picture of Sittler I could find in the building. I'm the best player to wear #10 there and it's not close. |

Houston might work, likely scenerio is another losing franchise - call them the moochers. Live off the Leafs, Rangers, Bruins, Blackhawks etc.

We can dare to dream but no way Francis (or any other GM) gives up a quality D, at least not without getting a massive overpayment in return. GMs prove over and over they can always find another GM willing to let them off the hook. (See Fletcher and the Wild this year). Carolina will trade it's oldest and worst Dman when they are good and ready.
I would love the Leafs to make a big splash for a top pairing RD, but it's not happening. |

Well nobody wants Klas Dahlbeck so that would be Trevor van Riemsdyk
