OK. We get it. Botterill is "adding value" to the organization by adding NHL vets to the player development team. We also know about the "Pittsburgh model". We get it. I mean, no other NHL teams have NHL vets in similar positions. Apparently Botterill is the only GM working this summer. Playing catch up
