Every time GMCF Fletcher trades with Buffalo it's a disaster... No more!

Side note... Good for rochester
Imo everyone (Fans/organization) has praised players like bailey and baptiste too much. Best players on an awful team.
Both show great effort but production (especially in the nhl) is lacking. Competition would either make or break them this year.

agreed...not sure the big club is a playoff team, but it's filled with some good players and it will keep the prospects where they belong if they're not fully ready

I've had niederreiter on the brain for a couple of weeks now. He would be an Awesome addition. If we could land him I think we would need to strike now.

For sure and even for players like Guhle and Nylander to be in a place where they're actually being expected to winso help in the long term

Nice write up. Unless there's a trade here then, we're probably looking at the final roster. I would have liked to see us pay Desharnais what the rangers did. He could have been a nice LW next to ROR and Okposo. Now it's either going to be a young kid, or DLO is gonna be on the roster.

Now the long, no news summer begins

bailey had 23 goals in 52 games for rochester
baptiste had 25 goals in 59 games for rochester

if they take one more step, and can translate to 20 goal scorers in the nhl for 2018-19, they will provide must needed secondary scoring for this team

I see nylander more as a play maker (skunk lite with wheels)

If the arbitration award puts them in cap trouble they would not really have a choice

I think they will make it work. They moved out Pommer and some salary in the Scandella trade

they have over 15 mil right now

need to sign
foligno
granlund
and niederreiter

I see no cap issues for them this season

vanek comes off their books after this year and koivus 6.75 cap hit

they will have to pay dumba and zucker then though

Granlund is going to command a big payday. Niederreiter might get a much bigger award than we think

Not that they will but I think if the Wild were forced to choose between the two they would keep Nino and let Granlund walk.
