People who know nothing about the trade just see Grigorenko was taken in the first round and automatically assume he was a bigger piece of the trade. He was already bordering on bust when he was still with buffalo. He was just the throw in piece because he had history with Roy. Brought him in as a reclamation project. JT Compher was the key component for the Avs to accept the trade and if you watched him play the last few games of the season there's no doubt he's going to be a great player. Bye Grigs enjoy the K

Sami moilanen, Finnish player playing in Seattle, great play maker. Like holy poop passer. Hugo Roy put some points up as a D+2 as well as Tom Gregoire in his D +1 year. Some solid depth guys there would could be added to the ahl this year, expect Sami because of age. But all ELC worthy

that is correct, I love Grigs, he had unreal vision and talent when applied. But he turned it on and off too often that the bad stood out more than the good.

I still think they should have kept his rights but a 48pt team. You have to start cutting some fat even if its a 23yr old C
