He's a 1-time 30-goal scorer.

Vegas has nothing to offer.

Vancouver? Uh. Nothing to offer/that they'd part with.

Los Angeles? Nothing to offer (Muzzin a big NOPE).

I really don't see his value. Keep him til the deadline and hope he has a good season so someone overpays for him. We'd be lucky to get a 1st and a prospect, definitely not getting a top-4 D for him.

Are his off-ice and attitude issues behind him? IMO this will dictate what he's worth.

Personally I don't understand why they would get rid of him, the guy is a tank and proved this year that once he stops the off ice drama, he's a solid player.

To upgrade defense. He is a good player, but we need a good defenseman in the worst way. If the D-Core was better I think they'd be talking about an extension.

Saber fans keep saying they need to improve the D. They want to trade Kane. Well Nucks have Sbisa he's ripe for that and Subban for their PP. As Kane will probably leave as a UFA better to do that now then lose for nothing. A TDL deal won't happen given his cap hit for a contender so keep dreaming. Not many teams will give up core assets to get him at his cap hit and one year away from UFA.
