Good write up Jan. It's such an even series, you want to call it a lucky bounce Montreal fans, fine, but when you dominate an overtime like the Rangers did your gonna get those breaks cause your working so hard, you deserved it anyway.

Like you mentioned & we have been talking about, Smith has been a monster. Love the fight w Shaw, love his toughness & Mac too has been very nasty the last 2 games especially.

Plus, to give you a sense on just how tough he is, per Valiquette the ankle is so nasty looking and the issue lingering that the team has cut a hole in Girardi's skate to alleviate the pressure on that ankle.

Wow! We all know G is a warrior, but that puts it over the top. Hard to believe how physical and well he has played with the ankle still an issue.
