I agree. Caps are th cream of the crop of the NHL. If they don't let that goal in at the end of the second I think they could have had a chance to turn it around. Also Gio and Backland missing those breakaway opportunities hurt.

Nashville Flames were without 2 of their top 6 wingers. I think that would have helped.

Todd, what is your take on Bennett. He is so snake bit. Kid has shown he has the ability to put the puck in the net. Hope he finds his touch soon. If we are going to make some noise need 3 lines that can do some damage.
