This is going to be one crazy end to the season, that's for sure.

Kucherov has been incredible. Good team effort against the Bruins. It is still possible that we make the playoffs but even if we fall short, the last third of the season was more like it. Good to see Point and Erne developing with ice time. We all know that if there weren't injuries at centre, Cooper wouldn't be giving Point much ice time.

Bruins are going to fall out of the playoffs. Tampa has a shot at 2 playoff spots and the Islanders only one. Go Lightning and let's get crazy.

Whether we make the postseason or not, it's good to see us put a damper on the Bruins' run.

The Bruins of today are a pale shadow of the team the Bolts faced in the 2011 playoffs. Their blueline is weakened, Chara is a pylon, their great depth is gone, and their goon enforcer Lucic is gone. And I have been saying it for years (and took some abuse for it), but Rask is not a true "elite" goaltender. He benefitted from having a solid, defensively-sound team in front of him. Now that the quality of his teammates has eroded significantly, his true colors are showing - he is a mortal and slightly above average, but not elite. An elite goalie steals games like the one last night.

I still don't see the Bolts making the playoffs unless one or more teams ahead of us crash and burn while we maintain a torrid .750 run or better. I just don't see it happening, but again - I love to be proved wrong on stuff like this.

At least the Bolts are redeeming themselves somewhat, giving their youngsters valuable experience, and Kucherov is showing he is truly an elite player.

Can you imagine what a healthy line of Drouin - Stamkos - Kucherov , would be capable of? Wow.

Point was getting ice time early in the year with a full stable of centers. Only difference was he was getting his time at wing b/c of our depth at center

I don't want to dislike the Bruins, but it's hard to like them when they have tolerated so many dirty players on their roster over the years.

I bet if Marchand played on any other team, the Bruins fans would hate him with a passion. But, it's OK in their book that he slewfoots because he scores goals for their team. If I was an opposing coach, I would send a headhunter after Marchand if he pulled any cheap crap on my players. He would end up in a wheelchair for the rest of the season and I'd pay the headhunter's fines out of my own pocket. If somebody did that, he might think twice about pulling punk crap like slewfooting and dirty stickwork.
