I would say it's still a good time though. I don't believe many had the playoffs as the seasons objective. From an outsider standpoint it seemed you all wanted the team to be more competitive for the most part.

I guess at this point/last few weeks expectations could have been adjusted. Successful season regardless at this point though.

That's quite the impressive magic trick.

he'll get 2 game. thats my opinion. it was a bad hit... there were worse in that game two by fehr alone. but polak has a little bit of a history with bad hits. lets be honest here. i belive he was thrown out of a game when he played for the sharks for a bad hit as well...... so the league has to do something.

just think if anderson hadnt needed time to adjust to a new team this teams record would be much higher.

I would say it's still a good time though. I don't believe many had the playoffs as the seasons objective. From an outsider standpoint it seemed you all wanted the team to be more competitive for the most part.

My predictions were a 10th place finish in the East. I'm pleasantly surprised with the progress this year.

I worry it sets up for disappointing regression next year but for now it's time for enjoyment!

he was hurt as well at the begining and didnt get a training camp.

Leafs D look OK again,first round opponent have to work hard to win the series.

i just wanted them pout of the bottom 5..... i was not expecting playoff berth.

next season i think it is important to mitigate the expectation. every rookie. unless a generational talent like mcdavid goes through a regression. that is to be expected. so i have my mind already planed for a bad year next year.

Who knows with DOPS.... If the Leafs don't already know the outcome though that's pretty (frank)ing annoying. Trying to figure out your pairings for the back half game and you've got the DOPS with their thumb up their ass reviewing this.

it is good for sure.
But its not very good to be a leaf fan yet....that will come when they are a playoff team.
But it is better!
