I know it is a minority opinion but Ottawa is entirely in love with Phaneuf for the job he has done in helping Cody Ceci grow his game. Phaneuf is also given a lot of love for his being a strong supportive voice for Karlsson learning to be a strong captain.

Are there no second thought about the Leafs having given up Phaneuf for essentially nothing. Watching Leaf games I wonder if Morgan Rielly in particular would have benefited by the Leafs having kept Phaneuf.

I've been using it for 10 years.

I've realized I watch hockey and baseball on cable and nothing else. Cable TV shows suck anyways. Never heard of icefilms I'll check it out after the leafs blowout

I think by comparing last year to this year, the obvious thing we are missing is Dion Phaneuf.
